The bathtub in the en-suite bathroom will be a soothing option for those who prefer a relaxing soak, or the invigorating walk-in shower is ready to wash away the day's cares. An enormous walk-in closet is built-out nicely, especially handy for the long-term guest with an extensive wardrobe. An ocean-view guest room offers a queen-size bed and is across the hall from the third bedroom with two twin beds. There is a hall bathroom, including a bathtub with a shower. 

The spacious downstairs apartment can be accessed by heading down the curving spiral staircase or coming in from the lower deck outside. Either way, the space is open and bright, and with a toaster oven, fridge, and coffee maker, whipping up a quick continental breakfast before meeting up with the other housemates is a tasty way to start the day. The spacious and bright bedroom suite has a king-size bed, a desk, and a cozy chaise to curl up with a great book. And yes, more ocean views!

The expansive lower deck has a great sectional couch and plenty of seating. In addition, the backyard is carpeted in artificial turf, making it a great all-season place for kids to play or throw a beach towel or blanket down and enjoy a bit of sun-worshipping or star-gazing. Chaise lounges can be moved around easily to find a shady spot for an afternoon nap after a busy itinerary of exploring Santa Barbara. From this location, there are so many possibilities for adventure. Simply popping outside and taking a walk on the neighborhood streets is a joy.
