Care has been taken to create a seamless experience for visitors in this newly renovated home whose design and color palette echo the hues of the nearby surf, sand, and blue sky overhead. Coming in at over 3,300 square feet, this home is as spacious as it is beautiful.
Wide garden steps ascend from the driveway to the front entrance and foyer. Additional stairs inside lead to varying levels and should be taken into consideration for guests with mobility issues.
Once on the second-floor main level, the great room is truly the heart of this exceptional home, with soaring ceilings and a grand-scale picture window framing the ocean views. With a radiant heat fireplace available at the touch of a button, a streaming-enabled flat-screen tv, an intimate shaded terrace, and plenty of seating, guests can truly settle into this welcoming space. An elegant dining table offers formal seating for those special occasions. From here, step up to a bright and well-stocked kitchen with two large granite islands offering the invitation to create memorable meal times effortlessly. A breakfast table for six is tucked beside another large window with more ocean and neighborhood views. Brew your coffee with ease using the Nespresso machine, or utilize the drip or Keurig options available as well. The barbecue patio for the grill-master in the group and a four-top table for dining al fresco is just outside.

We had such a wonderful stay! The house was in excellent condition and so clean! Sleeping arrangements were very comfortable! The kitchen was stocked with paper products and little things like ziplock bags and coffee filters! It made traveling to this destination seamless!! We can't wait to come back!

Everything was Amazing!
Although our reasons for gathering at the home were somewhat sad (a memorial weekend for a loved one), the place provided us all with the room to connect and enjoy food and sharing stories together as well as quiet spaces from which to work remotely and rest. The location is ideal for anyone who enjoys walking to Shoreline Park for stellar ocean views. Some in our group walked as far as State Street, where they enjoyed coffee spots and lots of activity. In short, the value provided by the Airbnb rental was tremendous. Our family felt that it would be a great place to return!

Amazing Home!
My family had a great stay at the blue water vista! The location was very close to the water, downtown areas and grocery store. The neighborhood was quiet and had views of the ocean, we loved the big bay windows in the living room. The house was big and spread out which made it nice to still have privacy. The kitchen was well stocked, especially loved the espresso machine, and everything was clean! We enjoyed the back patio, hot tub and ping pong/darts! Would definitely stay here again!

Great house wtih fully stocked kitchen. it was cloudy so we didn't really get a clear view of the ocean. But on a sunny day he would be able to see it. Downtown Santa Barbara is close and the ocean is at the end of the street. Would be a great house for a big get together.

Wish we could have stayed longer!
Lovely house! Very comfortable and fully equipped for cooking a few meals which we did. The roof deck is a nice bonus. The weather was stormy most of our visit so we didn't use the large hot tub there. The windows are large and provide great territorial and ocean views. Lots of levels and stairs which didn't bother us or our dogs , but would be a challenge for someone less able. This would be a perfect house for a reunion or family gathering. We really enjoyed our stay!

Our extended family, six adults and two pre-teens, converged in this lovely home for the 2022 Christmas season. The property is well appointed with everything you need. Fabulous House!
Blue Water Vista is a fabulous house in a fabulous location! It is beautifully decorated with thoughtful attention to provide every possible amenity. Our favorite was the 2 bathrobes provided in every bedroom closet! Every room of the house is beautiful, functional, and comfortable and the large open kitchen, dining, and living space is perfect for gathering the whole family. We enjoyed the ocean views from several rooms (including the master closet) and the well-maintained and appointed outdoor spaces. Hoping to return to the Blue Water Vista with our family again and stay even longer.

Could not be better!
I rented this home for my bridal party during my wedding week. We needed plenty of room to hang dresses, get ready and this house had more than enough of everything. Lots of bathrooms, beautifully large bedrooms — all of them king beds — and views galore out the great room and primary. The hot tub was spectacular at the end of the day and the fountain a beautiful, serene touch. I wrote my vows from the primary bedroom front deck at sunrise overlooking the ocean. It could not have been a better place to stay and was worth every Penny.

Beautiful open sunny home in pristine condition. Easy beach access, 4 bikes for gadding about, hot tub for chillin out. If you do family meals the kitchen is well equipped (utensils, blender, coffee makers, and cookware-including larger pots) and has room for the whole family to help with prep. Indoor and out door dining to seat the whole family. Lovely places to sit and talk and ping pong table for fun. Multiple bathrooms so grooming for a wedding was uncomplicated. Our family has enjoyed many events together but the luxury of your home was icing on the cake.

This is an amazing property. It has great views and is a short walk to the beach. The house is very comfortable and it has everything you need. We used the basement with ping pong tables, the bicycles, the games, and the hot tub. The kitchen is well equipped too. It was our home away from home. We will definitely be coming back.

This house exceeded ALL my expectations!
This house exceeded ALL my expectations and that of my family. Everything about the house along with the communication was outstanding. My family flew into town last week from New York for a week for our daughter's wedding which was on the rooftop of the Hotel Californian. The house location, size, cleanliness, closeness to the beach, the Hotel Californian and restaurants could not have been better. I have never used the services of Airbnb, but I can't imagine anything being any better then the experience we had with the lovely and gorgeous house. Thanks again!

The Most Absolutely Perfect Stay for our Daughter's Wedding!
Blue Water Vista was absolutely the most fantastic and amazing house! We stayed for 10 fabulous days for our daughter's wedding and it could not have been more perfect! Our daughter got married in Santa Barbara last weekend at The Hotel Californian at the base of State Street and when we were planning our trip from Florida we were looking for a large beautiful house, close to downtown to accommodate our family and to be a home base during the wedding weekend. I cannot say enough things about how perfect this house was. To start the location cannot be beat, the Mesa is a beautiful neighborhood only 5 min to downtown by car, 10 min by bike and also just a short walk to the beach. The house is situated on a hill which allows spectacular views of the ocean from almost every room in the house. From the primary bedroom upstairs I would open my eyes every morning to the most spectacular sunrises over the water and to add to that when you got the up, the rest of the house was bathed in beautiful morning sunlight. The house was incredibly spacious, beautifully decorated and super comfortable!! It easily and comfortably accommodated 8 of us in the 4 king bedrooms and we even used the loft day bed a couple of nights for extra guests. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were incredibly comfortable and so cozy with down comforters and pillows! The primary bedroom even has a gas fireplace on a timer that was so wonderful to fall asleep to every night. The hot tub on the roof with views of the ocean was also a wonderful added bonus! In addition to how gorgeous the house was it was also outfitted with everything you could possibly want to make your stay easy and effortless. From every pot and pan you could need, to 3 different coffee makers, to tin foil, to scissors, to detergent to 4 bikes (with bike locks) and the list goes on, they really thought of everything to make our stay so absolutely fantastic and carefree. I can't thank you enough for this perfect house that made our daughter's wedding week all the more spectacular!! We will definitely and can't wait to come back!

We Would Stay Here Again in a Heartbeat!
What a great house! Ocean views were beautiful. The home was full of natural light and had everything we needed to make ourselves at home. Quick walk to town for coffee and steps from the beach for morning walks. We accidentally locked ourselves out (completely our fault) and the vacation rental company was quick in responding and getting us back into the home! Check in and check out were a breeze! The home was in immaculate condition and spotlessly cleaned.

It Was Amazing!
We stayed here for our daughters wedding with our immediate family and her girlfriends. Everyone came in and was very pleased with the house and comfortable. It worked out perfect for the 10 of us with plenty of sleeping space. The kitchen has amazing space to do any meal you can think of. The photographer came on the day of the wedding and got some amazing shots of our daughter. The back yard worked perfectly and was gorgeous for photos. Be sure to take time to admire the front door trimming, our daughter was able to get a photo in front as well which is really the only place she wanted to be sure we got a photo!! We would definitely stay there again and Meagan from VROSB was amazing and on top of everything. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us it made the trip to Santa Barbara extra special for the wedding

This is such an incredible home. It comfortably held our family group and was a gorgeous place to stay. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked, and the view is spectacular. We loved soaking in the hot tub and also being able to walk to the beach. The amenities are incredible - from bikes to beach gear. We would love to come back. Great Location and a Lovely Bright Home
This is a lovely home on a hill in a quiet residential neighborhood with views of the ocean and a 4 block walk to the ocean and park. We had our extended family come and were able to spread out in different parts of the house. The house came stocked with everything from beach towels to bikes and we had a nice bottle of wine waiting for us from SB vineyard.

Wonderful Stay!
The home was absolutely perfect for our group vacation! It was very well appointed with all the cooking, cleaning, and sleeping essentials and the location was amazing - just a few minutes away from downtown and the beach! Loved our stay and hope to be back again in the future!

A great place to stay!
We loved staying at Blue Water Vista. The property is very clean and well maintained and is exactly as pictured on the website. It is in a great location, convenient to all the sites in Santa Barbara, including a public park and playground on the shoreline that is a short walk away. The Vacation Rentals staff was very attentive to our needs throughout our stay snd we could not have been more pleased. We have already signed up to return next year!

Beautiful House in a Perfect Location!
This house is well decorated, wonderfully maintained, and in a fantastic location for walks to the park or beach. The neighborhood is a lovely area and the nearby park, with stairs down to the beach, offer amazing sunset and ocean views. The home has huge windows to take in the view of the ocean from the front of the house. The bedrooms are all comfortable and well appointed with fun art on the walls and clean comfortable beds. It has a well stocked kitchen with everything you need and a game room with ping pong table that gave the teens some room to play. Plenty of space for everyone. We will definitely be back!!

Beautiful place!!
Beautiful place! We really enjoyed staying here for our family vacation. It may be the cleanest place I have stayed in and they did a great job making it comfortable with all the modern amenities you could want. I will gladly stay here again for our next Santa Barbara vacation. 5 stars.

Perfect stay!!!
"The house is open, well stocked for games, bikes, linens, towels and cooking equipment. The hot tub on the roof is amazing. The interiors are well decorated and new. Our whole family and friends cooked together in the huge kitchen. We did yoga on the lawn out back, played ping pong and rode bikes. It was wonderful."

Stunning Santa Barbara Getaway
I just returned after an amazing escape getaway from Santa Monica to this stunning Santa Barbara treasure. First class all the way beautiful, cozy, and enjoyable for all. The most beautiful views from every room and just a short walk to the beach with fabulous sunsets. I will definitely be returning thank you for everything!
