This patio has access points to both the dining and living rooms. The convenience of charging your EV Tesla on site is also an option with the installed garage unit. 

When it is time to turn in for the night, the 3 bedrooms on the lower level offer the promise of a great nights’ sleep. The primary bedroom features a California King bed, large TV, and ensuite bathroom. Both the bathroom and bedroom also feature French doors that swing out for easy access to the lower patio area behind the home. Each of the other two bedrooms feature queen sized beds and sizable closet space. A hallway bathroom with dual sinks and a shower/ tub combo complete the interior lower level. 

Outside, there is a spacious paved patio deck and open accessibility to the private 14 acre meadow and nature preserve, shared only with the 12 homes within the gated community. The meadow is home to many birds and rabbits, and features a picnic table nestled under a large oak tree, as well as swings and even a hiking trail! Should you wish to venture out, Hendry’s beach is just over a mile away and accessible via a beautiful new bike path and walking trail. This home also boosts of easy access to the freeway, with plenty of restaurants and entertainment options at your fingertips!
