When the pace slows, a soaking tub beneath a corner window or the walk-in shower each offer a divine sense of solitude. 

Two large offices offer ample desk space for busy professionals and students. In addition, the larger office doubles as a music room with a baby grand piano. Ready for a total transformation? Set aside time each day to work out with the Tonal fitness system in the adjacent workout room, then pop outside through the sliding doors and take a refreshing dip in the cedar tub or enjoy the sauna. 

Adjacent to the offices are a powder bath and a guest room with a queen-size bed, built-in desk, work table, and attached full bathroom. Then, across the hall, step down into sweet guest quarters with a cozy day bed, attached powder bath, a door to the side yard and tub, and books, books, and more books! 

Even the laundry room is artfully designed, with a utility sink and a large workspace atop the front loading washer and dryer units. A door leads to the side yard where clothes can dry in the fresh air on the laundry line. Though there will not be garage access, ample off-street parking is available in the driveway. 

The location is within easy walking distance to some great hikes off upper Ontare Road, or start off from Steven's Park nearby. Make time for a walk to a few local favorites for coffee and pastries - Jeannines for the best scones around, or Renaud's Patisserie for chocolate croissants and a cafe au lait. There are a couple of local "watering holes" as well, so check the Welcome Book when you arrive, it's all in there!
