Perched just above the sand on this infamous beach, this chic immaculate single-level flat is the one-bedroom, two-bathroom lower unit of a duplex. With modern personality and a sleek, fresh new feel inside, the blue Pacific Ocean, Channel Islands, and the long stretch of sandy beach outside offer an undeniably dramatic backdrop.
Wall-to-wall windows and sliding doors capture the ocean views and sounds seamlessly, allowing for an indoor-outdoor experience. Wood floors add a sense of warmth to a home outfitted in soothing cool colors of grey and white, the blue sky and ocean adding just the right touch of color. Enjoying sunset here at the end of each day is magical on the deck that spans the length of the unit. Even on a cold wintery day, pop a flavorful pod in the Keurig coffee maker, sit back, and watch the drama unfold outside while being tucked away in cozy comfort.
The main living space is simply perfect with a love seat-size sofa sleeper and upholstered tuffets in front of the Samsung Frame television and gas fireplace. The efficiency of the well-equipped galley is ideal for preparing effortless meals; a breakfast bar, indoor dining room table, and outdoor high-top table on the terrace offer varying options at mealtime. For added flexible accommodations, a full-length room divider can be drawn to create a separate suite with a queen-size sofa sleeper, full bathroom, closet, and of course, ocean views. The bedroom is fitted with a king-size bed, television, spacious closet, and has an attached full bathroom.
Looking for things to do during a stay here? With the newly built Rosewood Miramar Hotel only a hundred yards down the beach, imagine the possibilities! Book a massage, dine al fresco at Caruso's, or mingle with locals and other visitors at sunset, then simply walk barefoot back down the beach to this home away from home. At extreme low tides, adventurous beachcombers have even been known to walk all the way to Summerland and Carpinteria. When ready to venture out, the upper and lower villages of Montecito, Butterfly Beach, and Summerland are all easily a five-minute drive away.
Kayaks, surfboards, stand-up paddle boards, a propane barbecue, Apple TV, and a full-size stacking washer and dryer have been thoughtfully provided as well.

Beautiful Location!
Beautiful location. Lots of stairs from parking to unit. Place was very well set up. Very good quality linens, blankets, etc. Bed was so comfortable.

Dreamy Location!
We stayed for our wedding night and it was so dreamy to wake up to the sound of waves crashing. Everything was so open and beautiful. We walked down to the Miramar for a cocktail and coffee, had my parents join for a glass of wine on the deck. Everything was so so wonderful. Perfect for newly weds!

Words cannot describe how beautiful this place is. Right on the beach watching the sunrise and sunset listening to the waves at night. If you have any doubts about this property being worth the price please let me tell you different. Book it, you won’t regret it. We will be coming again next year we loved it so much!!

What an amazing location!!
A stunning location looking over the ocean with the waves crashing almost at your feet. Perfectly clean, comfy everything and I really loved sitting in front of the fire and drinking coffee and listening to the ocean right outside the door. The little dividing wall that easily slid in place to create a second bedroom area and the very comfy pull out sofa from Restoration Hardware was brilliant. It was the perfect spot with the extra bathroom for our college aged daughter to visit us one night. Loved this spot and wish we would have been able to stay here a little longer! Thank you for everything!

This amazing location, perfect for the beach lover!
This amazing location is perfect for the beach lover. Every morning you can comb the beach watching the incredible wildlife. In the evening sitting on the terrace with a glass of wine. The apartment it self is well thought out. It provides whatever you may need for your stay. This is one of those places you’d stay again and again.
