MONTECITO HACIENDA - Perfect for extended stays!
This stunning 3 bed/ 2 bath home located within the heart of Montecito is sure to charm and soothe with its’ luxury furnishings and state-of-the-art renovations.
The Master bedroom is spacious and boasts of unique architectural details such as a stone wall, exposed vaulted beam ceilings. This retreat of a room is made complete with a fireplace and brand new large bathroom. The second bedroom is peaceful with exposed beam ceilings and a comfortable queen-sized bed. The third bedroom is ideal for guests or children.
The open floor plan allows for maximum enjoyment of the home. The large kitchen is equipped with everything the family chef needs to whip up delicious meals, which can be eaten at either the bar seating or the dining room table. The cooking and dining areas open up to the comfortable living room, complete with a fireplace and large TV.
Swing open the dining room doors to invite the outside in and bask in the mountain views. Swim laps in the outdoor pool or enjoy a soak in the spa. On chilly nights, you can sit outside by the outdoor fireplace and toast marshmallows!

Perfect Escape
I can't tell you enough how much I enjoyed my stay. Everything was perfection! Its been a joy to get out of Los Angeles and take in the tranquility of the area. I've rented many times trying to find the perfect spot... and this one was the best! Great walks, great views, friendly neighbors! Thank you again!

Wonderful Property!
We just completed a two-month stay at Montecito Hacienda. It is a beautiful property and exactly as depicted in the photos. We settled in easily and enjoyed it very much. My husband started and ended each day in the spa and, most evenings, we enjoyed a pre-dinner cocktail by the outside fireplace. We were also able to dine Al fresco a couple of warm evenings with the window wall open in the dining area. It was magical looking out on the gorgeous back yard! We highly recommend this property!

Beautiful, clean & comfortable...highly recommend!!
The Hacienda is an absolutely lovely property! The home is immaculate. It appears to be recently renovated and has top of the line appliances. It's very clean which is extra plus during COVID. The exterior has beautiful landscaping and outdoor fireplace. The pool is beautiful and the spa is very relaxing. The only issue we had with the spa is when the water was filled too high the spa wasn't able to warm up as it mixes with the cold pool water. The interior was ideal for my husband and I. It was absolutely perfect for the 2 of us. The location is extremely convenient. It's on a slightly busier street but you don't hear any traffic from inside the house. Overall we LOVED our stay, were very sad to leave after our month was up and are hoping to stay there again as soon as we can!!

Thanksgiving Sanctuary
Our original lodging fell through unexpectedly and we were blessed with an opportunity to stay at Montecito Hacienda. The home is my ideal vacation and retirement home. Everything was top notch. The furnishings and linens were little hugs of luxury, the kitchen was gorgeous and high end, the master bathroom is a dream with heated floors, towel warmer and even motion sensor toilets with bowl lights and heated seats. Gorgeous fireplaces throughout and the entry garden was fragrant and tranquil. My only shortfall was the lack of bakeware for a home with such an amazing gourmet kitchen. Otherwise the property was shear delight.

What a beautiful sanctuary for family Thanksgiving!! The master bedroom is unbelievably quiet and serene. The quality of linens and towels were sumptuous. Love love loved!

Amazing home - amazing experience
The house is beautiful and honestly everything feels brand new. The Mountain View is stunning and so relaxing. The pool and jacuzzi are incredible. I kept wishing I lived there full time. I can't wait to come back.
