The Yellow Loft is a whimsical, three-story delight featuring iconic architectural details and plenty of natural light. Situated in the famous Cota Street Studios complex, this two-bedroom, two-bathroom home is less than three blocks away from State Street Promenade and all the downtown happenings!
The first floor's design focuses on being an adaptive space with multiple uses. A queen-size bed, armoire, and full bathroom lie in a nook on the far side of the room. This unique bedroom configuration can be partitioned off with curtains for privacy! In the main space, a large table sits in the middle of the room, ideal for those who wish to craft, paint, and create. It can also function as a desk for guests who need to work remotely while on vacation. For the musically inclined, a piano is a welcome amenity for guests to play their favorite melodies. Complete with a chair to curl up with a good book, this space brings a new meaning to multi-functional. The crown jewel of this space is the large round blue door that, when opened, allows a fresh breeze inside.
The main living area is up a flight of stairs to the second floor. Soaked in natural light, this level is truly the heart of the home. The living room offers plenty of seating options for enjoying a good book, movie, or conversation. The four-top table in the dining space is perfect for savoring a delicious meal made in the fabulous green kitchen. The family chef will be pleased with open shelving and all the necessary modern conveniences for cooking a great meal.
