Captivating ocean views define the expansive main terrace by day, and the twinkling lights of the city below, by night. There is no better spot from sunrise to sunset. Restaurant-style gas heaters  create a perfect year-round outdoor dining room experience. Two large sectional couches invite sun worshippers and stargazers alike to soak in the unobstructed view.  The enclosed north dining patio offers a more intimate experience, also with outdoor heaters for comfort on cooler evenings. The living room opens with dual sets of French doors making this room feel as if an extension of terrace just outside. 

The downstairs functions beautifully as a second residence or as an extension of the main floor, with two bedrooms, three bathrooms, two family/media rooms, kitchenette, music room, and laundry.  The middle terrace just outside each family/media room is a shady place to relax and unwind, with two chaise lounges and a generously sized spa tub to enjoy. Conveniently, exterior stairs allow ease and flow between the two levels.
